My Google Sync app is not syncing by Google Calendar to the Blackberry Calendar. I get an error message "please try again later, if the problem persists try signing out of sync and signing in again". That doesn't work either. Do I need go to into security settings and enable something? Please advise. Thanks!

It's a known issue. It has something to do with expired certificates on your Blackberry. If you uninstall/reinstall it usually works but I lost all my numbers once because upon uninstalling it deletes all your contacts that were synced by Google. It's been working on and off ever since. |

You're welcome. I just use it to connect and sync my calendar, one contact sync in months is enough for me. For this kind of sync (Contacts) you can also use MiQLive, it's very nice, I use it quite often. |

Would a backup through Desktop Manager have restored those contacts? |
